'You can't say no to that': Cat boldly approaches kind stranger who treats him well, then comes back with his two feline siblings to convince him to be their purrfect pawrent

You know what they say… feed a cat once, and you've got a new friend. Feed a cat twice, and now they demand you feed their whole family!

Cats have two modes: either pretending not to want your attention but secretly wanting it, or boldly telling you that it's time for you to pay attention to them. One day, they could be looking at you from across the couch, staring at you until you do the right thing (pet them), and the next, they'll stomp right up to you and head-bonk you until you are forced to love them. There is no in between.

The same goes for stray cats, although that first meeting is always a bit more careful than your lazy, comfy cat at home. As someone who has rescued quite a few cats from the street, we can tell you that the fastest way to a cat's heart is through their stomach. If you feed them, they're much more likely to trust you. And you best believe that if you feed them once, they'll come back again for more food. And more often than not, they'll bring some friends.

That's what happened to our kind stranger below, who is now being played by a friendly cat with the biggest puppy dog eyes we've ever seen to let him, and his siblings inside during this cold winter! You'll see what we mean below, but let's just say that this kitty is pulling out all the stops to convince him to be their purrfect pawrent. And you know what? We would fall for it, hook, line, and sinker.

For real, though! Those are the biggest, most pleading eyes we've ever seen. This kitty has had lots of practice trying to get hoomans to do what it wants them to. Listen, when you're a stray cat, you have to work with what you've got. And all cats know that there is someone who will cave to their cuteness (purrhaps they can smell it on us), but they know that it's a numbers game. If they put on their purrfect pleading eyes with enough hoomans, one of us will give them what they want (it's usually us).
